Official Policies for the OXA – Expert Internal Auditor (EIA) Certification
Code of Ethics
All OXA-certified professionals are expected to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards.
By enrolling in the EIA Certification, every participant agrees to practice according to the following principles:

Integrity: Perform duties honestly, responsibly, and with professional care.

Objectivity: Maintain independence and impartial judgment in all audit activities.

Confidentiality: Safeguard all information acquired during audits and never misuse it.

Competence: Continuously enhance professional knowledge and performance.

Accountability: Accept responsibility for all actions and decisions made during professional practice.
Violation of these principles may lead to disciplinary action or certificate revocation.
Refund & Reschedule Policy

Once payment is confirmed and exam access is granted, fees are non-refundable.

Candidates may request one free reschedule (minimum 10 days before the exam).

Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases such as system errors or duplicate payments.

Requests must be submitted in writing to info@oxaedu.org within 7 days of payment.
Privacy & Data Protection Policy

OXA strictly protects all personal and institutional information shared by candidates and partners.

Data is used solely for certification and verification purposes.

No personal information will be sold or shared with third parties without consent.

Digital data is stored securely and complies with international privacy standards.

Candidates may request correction or deletion of their data at info@oxaedu.org.
Use of Certificate & Professional Title

The EIA Certificate is issued only to candidates who have successfully passed the official exam.

Certified professionals may use the title:
“Expert Internal Auditor (EIA) – Certified by OXA”
on résumés, profiles, and business communications. -
Certificates may not be altered, copied, or used for misleading purposes.

OXA reserves the right to revoke any certificate misused or misrepresented.
Complaint & Appeal Policy
OXA maintains a fair and transparent mechanism for handling complaints or appeals:

Complaints related to exams, certification, or ethics must be sent to info@oxaedu.org.

Appeals regarding exam results must be submitted within 7 working days after result release.

The Certification Committee reviews and responds within 14 days.
-
All cases are treated confidentially and fairly.
Updates & Amendments
OXA reserves the right to revise its policies to maintain compliance with international standards and to ensure the continuous improvement of its certification system.
Updated versions will always be published on policies.
