Application Process
Stage 1: Application Submission
If you are wondering How to Get Affiliate Accreditation, then all you have to do is complete the Application Form provided and submit it to the OXA
office along with the Affiliate fee of £500. Please include a copy of your existing accreditation certificate and inspector's report for review.
Upon receipt, one of our assessors will review your affiliate membership application and may reach out for further clarification if necessary.
