Official Pricing for the OXA – Expert Internal Auditor (EIA) Certification

Overview

The EIA certification is a professional qualification issued by OXA – Oxford Certification Authority under the international OXA education network OXA
All payments related to the certification exam are processed securely through OXA’s official channels or authorized regional agents.

This page outlines the official fees, accepted payment methods, and refund policy.

Official Certification Fee

USD 300 – Certification Exam Fee (Exam Only)

This fee includes:

  • Access to the official online examination system

  • Exam supervision and grading

  • Evaluation and result issuance

  • Official OXA EIA Digital Certificate upon passing

​This fee does not include training costs.
Live training programs are organized independently by authorized OXA trainers or partners, who set their own local pricing.

Training Fees

  • Training is delivered live online by approved OXA trainers.

  • The duration, schedule, and price are determined by each trainer or regional partner.

  • Candidates may choose their preferred trainer or center based on location and availability.

Payment Options

1️⃣ Online Payment (International)

  • Pay securely via Stripe or PayPal (link provided upon registration confirmation).

2️⃣ Bank Transfer (Direct Payment)

  • Available for institutional or group registrations.

  • Bank account details will be provided by email.

​3️⃣ Authorized Agent Payment

  • Candidates may register and pay through an authorized OXA agent or training center in their region.

  • Local agents may add a small service fee to cover administrative or training costs.

  • Each agent is required to issue an official OXA payment receipt.

Refund & Reschedule Policy

  • Once the exam access has been granted, fees are non-refundable.

  • Candidates may request one free reschedule of the exam (minimum 10 days before the original exam date).

  • Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or system errors.

  • To request a refund or reschedule, contact info@oxaedu.org within 7 days of payment.

Group or Institutional Registrations

Organizations, audit departments, or universities may request:

  • Group invoices

  • Institutional partnership rates

  • Private exam sessions for their employees or students

Transparency Commitment

OXA maintains full transparency in all financial dealings:

  • The exam fee is fixed globally at USD 300.

  • Authorized agents may set their own training or service fees independently.

  • No hidden charges or commissions are applied by OXA directly.
